ずっと気になってました。
行こうと思うと駐車場が満車
泣く泣く通過を繰り返し幾星霜。
ようやっと今日は絶対と思ってました。
ランチタイムはオーダーストップ午後２時半です。
間に合う時間に着けました。
店内に、入ると照明明るい。
外からは貼られてるメニューのせいか。
暗い感じでしたが、入ると明るいパターン。
注文が入って、鍋を振るう調理されているお店。
長崎ちゃんぼん、皿うどん好きです。
が、関東でなかなか理想の味に出会えません。
楽しみに伺いました。
メニューは他に味噌ラーメンなど長崎メニュー以外もいろいろ
皿うどんは定番、太麺、海老など具材アップの数種類。
今回は定番の細麺揚げ皿うどんをお願いしました。
調理されているだけの時間経過。
皿うどんは海鮮はそう入っておらず、大きく刻まれた野菜たっぷりの餡かけ
細麺は理想通りの揚げ方で美味し。家庭的な皿うどんという感じです。
餃子は油強めの餃子です。
お店の方のサービスは丁寧。
私が来店した時、半分くらい埋まっており、後客次々と満席になってました。
