12時頃に訪れました。
カウンターのみで十数席の椅子があると思いますが、ほぼ満席でした。
メニューは〜
・艶まる 700円
・青ねぎまる 870円
・どっかんまる(他店でいう全部のせ) 920円 等
券売機で購入した食券を渡す際、麺を＂かた＂で注文。
トッピングの味玉 100円が入った、艶まるの提供です。
まずは、スープを一口。
う〜ん、はっきり言って薄い(笑)。卓上をキョロキョロ。でも、紅生姜はなし……。
麺は＂かた＂なのに、ちょっと柔らかかった。
チャーシュー、薄かった。まぁ、もともと博多ラーメンってそんなイメージがあるので、期待していなかったし。
味玉は、ギリギリ半熟(苦笑)。
文句を言いつつも、確り無料の替え玉を注文(笑)。
卓上のニンニクを加え、これで少しはスープの味が増したような……それでいただきました。
