今回紹介するのは、中野ブロードウェイにある「篝（かがり）」さん。
知名度は低いかもですがブロードウェイ2階の奥にある、魚料理全般がおいしい老舗のお店。
以前友人に教えてもらってから、通っているお店です。
今回は久々に訪問したので名物の一つ「鮭せいろ」を注文してきました。
この鮭せいろ、鮭が焼き加減が絶妙なんですよ。ホロホロと柔らかく、そして油の乗り方が上品でベスト！
せいろで仕上げているので、お米は弾力がありもっちもち。これが鮭と相性抜群。
また鮭とご飯の間には三つ葉があり、これがまた爽やかな香りでサッパリといただけます。
具沢山の味噌汁と小鉢の漬物もついて900円はコスパよき。
ぜひとも出来立を食べてほしい。
注意点として、店内はたしかタバコOKだったはずなので禁煙者の方には匂いが気になるかも。
ただ、ご主人と奥様たちの接客がほっこりする、いつまでも残ってほしい名店だと思います。
