特に美味しかった3品を紹介します。
上タン塩（¥2,500）
写真の通り凄まじいボリューム（これで2人前）。1切1切は小ぶりですが、十分旨みを感じられます。オーダーしてからカットをするので鮮度も抜群。
中カルビ（¥1,600）
上カルビもありますが、中カルビの評判が良い。コチラもタンと同様すごいボリュームです。カルビ特有の脂っこさがなく何枚でも食べられます！
塩レバー＆塩ハツ（各 ¥700）
肉質に拘る店主らしく丁寧な下処理が施されてます。タレは誤魔化せるけど、塩でも旨いホルモンは本物。
そのほか、上ロース、上ミノを注文しました。
全体の注文量ですが人数×3〜4人前が目安です。
東京の町焼肉といえば『幸泉』や『栄養楼』がお気に入りでしたが、それらに匹敵するお店。ご夫婦と看板娘？の接客も良いですね。いくつかルールがあるのでメモしといてください。
