中野で麺活♪
昼に毎度の中華料理 味楽で定食(本日のランチ)をガッついたので夜は啜ろうと決めてました笑
本日はウォーキングがてら隣の中野駅まで足を伸ばしサンモールをブラついてからラーメンです。
なんの予備知識もないまま入りやすそうなこちら｢大門｣にIN。
お店のイチオシと思われる塩ラーメンとライスいっときました
塩ラーメンて透き通ったスープと白濁系スープの2種類あると思うんですよね。こちらのは黄金スープという名の少し濁り系の1杯。
あくまでも私の感覚なんだけどこの場合、麺線をすごく綺麗に盛り付けた方がより美味しそうに見える気がするんだよなぁ笑あくまでも見栄えの問題ね✨️
750円という求め易さ、それでいて量もそこそこあって実際かなり美味い。昔ながらの感じもいい♪
お店は朝の4時までやっているとの情報も確認。こりゃ人気だわ♪
括りとしては函館ラーメンだからかライスにはイカの塩辛をナイスオンすることができました。
飲んだ後の〆なんかにもいいね✨️
