正月休み最後の週末。
中野セントラルパークでモーニング。
8：30のオープンと同時にお邪魔しました。
店内は、楽しそうなご近所の妙齢の男女グループ、後は私と同じ様なお一人様。
ジャズが心地よい。
若い店員さん達も穏やかで落ち着く。
歩いて行ける距離に中野セントラルパークがある幸せ。週末の8：30からモーニングを頂けるカフェがある事も幸せ✨。
温かなコーヒーと、厚切りトースト、ソーセージにベーコン、目玉焼きとベビーリーフ。
朝の贅沢なひと時。
眺めてるだけでも気持ちがポジティブになる、そんなブレックファースト。
食パンを食べる時は、普段は8枚切りで全粒粉や玄米ブレッドなどで、白い食パン、ましてや厚切りは滅多に食べません。朝は大体白湯だけだったりして、ちゃんと食べる事も殆どない。
今日は特別。お正月の続きだから、多少チート。
チートデーに厚切りトースト。美味しい✨。
朝ごはんに食べる目玉焼きって、なんでこんなにワクワクするんだろう？
ソーセージもベーコンも、美味しいなぁ。
目玉焼きを潰して、ソーセージやベーコンと絡めて、パンに乗せて頂きます。
コーヒーはおかわり出来るので、食前と食後に一杯ずつ。
本当に贅沢な朝のひと時。
こんな時間を過ごせる事に感謝です。
グッドモーニングカフェは、名前の通りでやっぱり朝活向き。
爽やかなインテリアも、朝の陽光が似合いますから、ちょっと贅沢な朝活タイムを過ごしたい時はピッタリ。
