中野界隈でも特に日本酒の種類を揃えていて、種類のみならずレア物や地酒まで置いてある質の良い居酒屋さんがこちらのお店。
メニュー表を見ただけでわかる、常時30種類以上が置いてあり日本酒好きにはもってこいのお店です。
たまたまふらっと立ち寄っただけなのに一気にファンになりました。
お酒のみならず、料理もいずれも美味しいのでオススメです。
今回注文したのは上記の通り。
お通し(あら汁、ナムル、白魚の南蛮漬け)
>肉豆腐
あっさりしたお汁で、みりんが効いててほどよく甘い。
牛蒡のアクセントと歯応えがよく、お肉ともよく合っている肉豆腐でした。煮込み過ぎず、味も濃過ぎずと、お酒のアテとして優秀なアッサリ系の肉豆腐です。

かなり肉厚！アジフライ好きはたまらないのではないでしょうか。
タルタルはあっさり、サラサラ系。
2切れだがボリューム満点。女性ならすぐ腹パンになるくらいの量ですね。
出来立ての提供なのでもちろんサクサクした食感ですし重くならないのがこれまたたまらんです。

アイナメやハタを置いてる時点ですごい。
ありきたりじゃないラインナップに、魚好きとしてはとても嬉しかったですね。
味も悪くなく、臭みのない新鮮なまま提供されるので良いです。

少し加熱してあり、ややしょっぱめ。
葱まみれでレバーの癖と良く合う。
>さんま刺し
脂多め、身がしっかりしてて味が濃い。
目の前で捌くとこを見たがかっこよかったです笑
肉厚のサンマで良き！
>とろたく
細巻き6切れ。
〆としてオススメされているが全然いつでも食べて良いですね。ツマミとしても、重くならないのでいくらでも食べれます。普通に美味しいです。

どちらも良い店で気に入りました。リピート確定ですね。
