土曜日の１９時ごろ来訪。
満席でしたが１０分ほどで入れました。
今回頼んだのは
•とろたくユッケ
•無花果と生ハムの白和え
•とうもろこしの天ぷら
日本酒の種類が豊富でその日の気分で選べるとのこと。
飲みたかった鳳凰美田は売り切れでした…
日本酒メニューの半分は飲みやすいもの、右側から辛口の種類が載ってました。
今回は寒菊と甘吹をチョイス。
個人的には寒菊が飲みやすくてグビグビいける。
日本酒初心者におすすめですね。
3勺で十分でした。
この日のお通しは揚げ茄子の麻婆肉味噌でした。
ピリッと山椒がきいた肉味噌が食欲をそそります。
とろたくはすぐに出てくるのでとりあえずです頼むのがいいかも。
ちょっとずつ食べながら日本酒で流し込むと最高です。
とうもろこしの天ぷらは塩がかかっているのでそのままで。
カラッと揚がっていておいしい。
無花果の白和えは初めての味。
白和えが意外と合うことが分かって面白かった。
お店の方が様子を見ながらお水を注いでくれるので酔わずに日本酒を楽しめました。
魚系は売り切れ多かったので、食べたい場合は早めがおすすめです。
次は他の日本酒にも挑戦してみたいと思います！
