日曜の昼頃、中野での買い物が終わりご飯でも食べて帰るかと思い調べていると、いつも前を通って気になっていた花は咲くさんへ。

何度か前を通ったことはあり、風情のある店構えも印象的だったのでいつかは行こうと思っていた花は咲くさん。
今日はタイミングも良く、少し温かい気温だったのでこんな日は冷たいうどんを頂こうと早速向かいました。
着いたのは丁度13時ごろ、お昼時＆祝日ということもあってテーブル席にはご家族の方もちらほらいる印象。
カウンターはあいていたので並び無しで座らせて頂きました。
メニューを見ていると人気メニューは極上の肉うどんで、全国肉うどんランキング２位に選ばれたとのこと。
そちらも頼みたかったのですが、今日は冷たいぶっかけの気分だったので限定メニューの牡蠣天ぷらぶっかけを注文。
天ぷらも追加で霜降りまいたけとかしわも注文しました。
注文してから厨房からは天ぷらの揚げる音が聞こえてきて今から揚げたての天ぷらを食べれるんだと期待が膨らみます。
今回頼んだもの
・牡蠣天ぶっかけ（冷）
・霜降りまいたけ天ぷら
・かしわ天

どんぶりを埋めつくす勢いの牡蠣の天ぷらが6個ついてきました。
その他にもデフォルトでいんげんとえのきの天ぷらがついていて嬉しい誤算でした。
牡蠣の天ぷらは程よい揚げ加減でぷりぷりの食感を堪能することができます。
冷やしのぶっかけうどんのつゆとも相性抜群です。
えのきの天ぷらははじめて食べたのですが、ザクザクの食感が癖になる美味しさ、単品でも注文したくなりました。
メインのおうどんは讃岐のうどんということで、4種の小麦を調合して製麺しているそうです。
太麺ではないのに、コシがしっかりしてて、噛めば噛むほど小麦の香りを感じられます。
・霜降りまいたけ天ぷら
大ぶりの舞茸の天ぷら。
こちらはお塩で頂きました。
香りが強い舞茸は天ぷらで食べるのが一番ですね。
・かしわ天
しっとり胸肉のかしわ天。
半分は塩で半分はうどんに乗せて頂きました。
下味はあっさりで自分好みに味変して食べられるのがよかったです。
お店の雰囲気は活気がある感じで、テイクアウトも大繁盛していました。
極上の肉うどんも食べたいですが、メニューが思ったよりも多くこれは何回もきて色々チャレンジしたいなと思いました。
