I arrived at the store 10 minutes before it opened. There were two groups of customers in line, so we connected directly. This restaurant was selected as one of the 100 famous udon restaurants. From the outside, the noren curtain of the finest meat udon stood out. It looked a little disappointing. It opened exactly at 11 o'clock. I was shown to a table. Since I hadn't decided what to order, I couldn't decide on the best meat udon, but I decided on the atsukake udon and burdock tempura. The floor inside the store was a little loose, and the seats were bench seats next to each other, so when I moved, I felt vibrations as well. Although it has been open for about 10 years, the interior of the store has an old feel to it. I think it's a waste because the menu looks stylish and the restaurant looks expensive. Since it was freshly boiled udon and freshly fried Tempura, it was served in about 15 minutes. The noodles were smooth and chewy with just the right amount of firmness, but I didn't really notice the scent of flour. The soup stock was as thin as it looked and had a mild taste, so I personally wasn't into it. The kelp was prominent, so there was no flavor of dried sardines or bonito. The burdock tempura was freshly fried and delicious.
