I went to the udon restaurant [Sanuki no Udon Hana wa Saku] in Shin-Nakano, which I had been interested in for over half a year but hadn't been able to go to.I went there just after 8pm and the restaurant was full, so I had to wait a while.I actually ordered the meat set. I wanted to, but the rice dish was sold out, so I ordered the most popular item, the finest meat udon.I also ordered 3 pieces of Oyster tempura and 1 piece of kashiwa tempura.The noodles were smooth and chewy, and the meat tasted good. I added dashi stock halfway through the meal, but I personally found it tasted better without adding dashi soup.I liked that Tempura was freshly fried.The Oyster, which I love, were delicious, but I thought they were a little oily.The Oyster themselves tasted fresh. I want to go again. Thank you for the meal ♩
