ワインがグラスで楽しめるお店を探して、
たどり着いたこちら。
中野のブロードウェイの逆口にひっそりと、
飲食店が連なるステキな一角にあります。
1Fはカウンターのみ、
テーブル席は2Fとなります。
まず、いただいたのは、
ラムレーズンとクリームチーズのテリーヌ、ウフマヨ、
生ハム、マッシュポテト、ハンガリー産カモロースのロースト、
鹿肉のタルタルなどなど。
いずれもオリジナリティ高くて美味しく、
こちらで初めていただく味が多かったですが、
その中でも、鹿肉のタルタルは突出して美味しい。
臭みなどは言うまでもなく一切なく、
鹿肉のほどよい噛みごたえの食感と、
かけられたソースに入ったナッツ？のコンビネーションが秀逸です。
素晴らしい。
グラスワインについては、
多種多様なものが常時用意されているということではなく、
その折その折での入れ替えとなるということのようで、
ちょっと物足りなくは思ったものの、
お料理と雰囲気については、期待の数倍以上に大満足。
マスターの工夫とこだわりが感じられるお料理と、
一軒家レストランの居心地の良さ。
出会えてよかったと心から思える１店でした。
