コグマヤで手痛い敗北を食らったので何度か
訪れた近くのワインバーに行くと周年の記念
ウイークでアラカルトは出来ないとの事。
仕方無くレンガ坂に戻り以前一度伺った此方
の店にお邪魔しました。
この店は日本のワインのみが厳選されて提供
されています。
前回も驚いたのですが、この店は客席も綺麗
なのですが厨房が恐ろしく美しい。
聴けば毎日閉店後に磨いているとの事。
やはり良い店の厨房は清潔なんです！
先ずは薦められた鳥取県北条町の赤ワイン。
これが予想外に美味しく、だんだんと元気に
なって来てアッと言う間に飲みきってしまい
次は山梨県北斗市の赤ワインにチェンジ。
これも大当たりで更に拍車が掛かり絶好調！
良いワインは酔い方まで良い感じでつまらぬ
話題で馬鹿笑いしてます。
とは言え流石に４時間飲み続けていますので
結構酔いが回って来ましたので退散しました。
しかし、翌日は全くの二日酔いが無く、良い
ワインは素晴らしいと再確認した次第です。
大変、ご馳走様でした！！！
次回は一軒目にお邪魔致します。
