うわーお隣はメニューにない北海道函館市の ド モンティーユ アンド ホッカイドウ ピノ ノワール 學を楽しそうに飲んでいる〜 あっボトルメニューにずっと探してた愛知県のアズッカ・エ・アズッコ 風の丘のワイナリーが3種もある。広島サミットで有名な三好ワイナリー、新潟のカーブドッチなどもあるー☺️☺️☺️
そんな感じでちょっと小さな日本ドメーヌの日本ワインがたくさんあってボトル注文の方がリーズナブルで満足な出会いが楽しいワインバル。ワイン好きはよだれタレまくりです。
高円寺の萬感、こちらは日本のビールが集まっています。そのオーナー髙橋雄一郎氏が、高円寺店に続く2号店として、こんどはワインで北海道から九州まで日本全国のワインを集めるバーを東京都中野に開店したのです。いまは髙橋オーナー店は経営を譲渡されているようです。お店を仕切るのは佐々木景百さん。「日本で造られるワインを紹介し、身近な物であることを知って欲しい」と佐々木さんは語る。うーん素晴らしい。料理を担当する西室親志シェフは、全体的にがっつりではなく、さっぱりとした、食べ疲れない料理を心がけているという。
そうなんです♪新しいワインとの出会いがめっちゃ楽しいんです。日本ワイン好きならぜひおすすめのワインバーです。出会いが楽しいボトルが楽しいので2人くらいで訪問するのがおすすめです☺️
グラスワインでまずは喉を潤して山形県高畠ワイナリースパークリング嘉。もはや日本スパークリングの定番ですね。次は山梨県のグレープリパブリックのロッソ。
お隣さんとお話ししたら日本橋の高級店のソムリエさんと飲食店仲間の方々。プロも通うお店なのです。リーデルのグラスをいただいて、ちょっとド モンティーユ アンド ホッカイドウ ピノ ノワール 學 をテーストさせていただいたらめっちゃおいしかった〜。いろいろワインについて教えていただき楽しいひと時を過ごしましたー ワイン談義楽しいなぁ☺️
津軽鶏とアスパラガスもオムライスリゾットも美味しかった〜
