近くに小さな醸造所があるバー。
肉を中心としたおつまみが充実しており、テイクアウトもできる。

5種類のスパイスをブレンドした黒ビール。
チョコやトフィーに、プラムや干し葡萄をブレンドしたような甘く芳ばしい香り。
口当たりは柔らかく、甘い香りを広げた後に、スパイスの複雑や余韻を感じる。
ただ、あとは残さない。あっさりした味わいだ。
何故ここにいるかというと、中野にベロリンガ（※写真参照）が大量発生していたからだ。
