中野駅南口至近のオシャレなレンガ坂界隈をゆく。
脇道に入ってわりと近くにあるカフェです。
なんという素敵な外観でしょう。
入店してカウンター席に座ったら、
幅広で包み込まれるような椅子の心地良さに驚き。
これは理想的な座り心地です。
シンプルな見開きメニューの左側にブレンドが載って
いて、右側にシングルオリジンの豆が数種類。
以前より飲んでみたかった豆を見つけました。
エチオピア イルガチェフェ ゴティティ(ウォッシュト)。
やや深煎り。
ペーパードリップで丁寧に淹れてくれます。
清々しい薫り。
ほんのり甘い。
とても美味しい。
作り手の丁寧さが伝わるチーズケーキも
たいへん美味しい。
お店の方の接客も素晴らしく、
過去に無かったほど気分の良いカフェ時間を
過ごせました。
