散々飲んだのに、ツレがどうしても〆ラーだと言って聞かないので、ちょっと歩いてこちらへ
伺ったのは、平日の夜20時30分、店内は先客2名でした
注文は【肉辛そば（1,050円）】※辛さは選べる様です...
ほら、真っ赤でしょう？
そういうお店だと知らなくて入ってしまいました。
まぁラーメンの味は普通です。
良くも悪くもありません。
見た目辛そうですが、そうでもありません。
とにかく赤くした...
ラーメンは美味しく麺も好きなんですが
接客の態度にてよろしくない場面に遭遇してしまったので、ちょっとどうかと思いました。
もう少し考えていただけると良いのかなぁと思います。

ただ、炙りでガスバーナーを使って値段が高くなるならアホらしい。
ガスバーナーは手軽だから使うだろうけどデメリットしか感じない。

スープ、カエシ、油のバランスが良い。
手揉みの縮れ麺と、スープの絡みも良い。
炙ったチャーシューも美味しかった。
真ん中の辛さで、そこまで辛くなかったです！
