新中野のラーメン店。味玉辛そば(880円)を、無料で頼める最大級の辛さ「ぶち辛」で注文。
こちらのラーメン、見た目に反して全然辛くない。いや、全く辛くないわけではないのだが、印象としては「ピリ辛」ぐらい。
それよりもスープの旨味が印象に残る。良い意味で、昭和のラーメンを食べているような、懐かしい味わいがある。
辛い事と矛盾するが、個人的な印象は優しい味わいだ。
また味玉も味がよく染みていて想像以上に美味しかった。
デフォルトの麺量だと少し足りなかったので、追加で白飯を頼んでスープに投入した。
これが非常に美味しくて、ラーメン本編よりおいしいのではないかというレベル(笑)。
大満足して退店。次回は色々なトッピングを試してみたい。
