肉辛そば1130円の普通の辛さでオーダーしました。
火曜日の昼前に来店、他のお客さんを見てると地域で愛されてる店だな、というのは肌で感じました。
普通の辛さで私には味がよくわかり、いい塩梅でした。
ほんのり辛さの中にも複雑な味が混ざりあって、私には比類ないとても美味しい味でした。
遠方なので、次回はいつ行けるかわかりませんが他のメニューもまたいつかいただきたくなるような、入口全開の感染対策ですが、暖かそうなお店でした。
