あとで調べたら高円寺のチョップスティックスの姉妹店とのこと。
ついつい立ち寄りたくなるファサード、明るい店内、丁寧な接客。さすが人気店である。
ベトナムの麺料理はフォーしか食べたことがないので、今日はブンというのに挑戦。名前は失念したが（ブン〇〇）、冷たいやつ。パクチー多めは無料。
ブンって丸い細麺なんだ。生麺らしく、もちもちして食感がいい。
味はすっきり。チリソースの甘さも控えめで、甘いものが苦手な私にはありがたい。
別皿のすだちを絞ってみたり、サーという卓上の蝦ラー油を回しかけてみたり（コクが増してこれうまい！）、味をカスタマイズしながら食べ進める。
美味さが際立っていたのが、麺上に乗る揚げ春巻き。生春巻きはあまり好んで食べないが、これはジューシーで堪えられない。味付けのセンスも良いね。ついビールが飲みたくなってしまった。
昼はほとんど麺料理なので、今度は夜に単品料理を食べに来よう。揚げ春巻きがキラリと光ったので、素敵な一品に出会えそうな予感。
