今回紹介するのは、中野にあるビア ホイ チョップさん。
中野でベトナム料理といえばコチラの名前があがる有名店です。
今回いただいたのは、平日ランチのAセットで豚角煮五香粉フォーを選択。
Aセットはハーフの越南鶏飯と、はす茶が付いてきます。
フォーはあっさりしてますが、しっかりコクがあっていくらでも飲めるスープ。
またモチモチした麺との相性が抜群。それにパクチーの爽やかな香りがマッチ。
角煮はトロットロで箸でスッと切れるほど柔らかい。
ハーフの越南鶏飯は、鶏肉の味が染み込んだご飯と少し甘めのタレが食欲をそそる。
フォーとご飯ものの両方が食べられるセットはお得でよき。
※フォーの量は少なめですので、多めに食べられる方は「中盛り」もしくは「大盛り」を推奨します。
いつも混んでいるイメージですが、今回はスッと入れたのでラッキーでした！
