お肉料理が美味しそうなので、お邪魔しました。
清潔感のある、シンプルな内装のお店。
まず、お通しが出てきてびっくりしましたが、スキレットにのったローストビーフ。これがお通しなんですか？って言ってしまいました
美味しいタレがかかっていて、西洋わさびと一緒に食べてさらに美味しかったです。
チキンサラダも美味しい。
当たり前だがレタスもトマトも新鮮で味が良い。
小瓶に入ったドレッシングも美味しい。
スペアリブは一本から注文できるのが嬉しい。
味は甘口と辛口があるが、辛口でもそんなに辛くない。
肉は柔らかく、身離れもよい。
ハイボールが飲みたくなる。
一番人気の、
秘伝のタレ漬け牛ハラミ炭火焼き
タレが染み込んだお肉は柔らかく
ビールやハイボールがすすむ❗️
（今回は車だったからアルコールは我慢したが…）
付け合わせのフライドポテトもうまい。
ひき肉とマッシュポテトとチーズのグラタン。スモークチーズトッピング。
これも美味い❗️
ただ単に自分好みだからかも知れないが、本当に美味い
店員さんもとても感じが良い。
これ大事。
次回は電車で行ってアルコールとともに美味しい料理を楽しみたい。
