「黒ラベル」と「本場のじゃこ天炙り」をオーダーしました。
黒ラベルは、すぐに冷えたグラスでサーブです。
お通しは、きんぴらごぼうです。
BGMは、アン・ルイスの六本木心中です。
前のおでん屋さんが急遽やめることになり、居抜きで入ったとのことです。
15分ほどでじゃこ天がサーブです。
周りがパリパリで、中はじゃこの練物です。
すぐに満席になってしまいました。
