いつもは豚の塩麹グリルを食べるのですが、
いつも売り切れがちな日替わりランチが残っていました。
ゴールデンウィークの半ばのためかまだ残っていたのかも。
そして今日は珍しく豚タンと書いてあり、気になって注文。
塩ダレ豚タン炙り焼き。
とてもコリコリとした良い食感と、
このお店ならではの塩ダレの味がとても合っていて美味しかったです。
