・塩鶏らーめん
・ミニチャーシュー丼
中野にある鶏を使った濃厚な鶏白湯のお店。まるでシチューのような、とろとろのスープが楽しめます。
前を通り過ぎるだけで入ったことはなかったですが、他の候補が満席でここだけガラガラだったため、入店してみました。
初見ということで、看板メニューぽいものを注文。
鶏そばはかなり濃厚で、鶏の旨みがしっかり凝縮されています。とろとろのスープもいい感じ。
麺も細めで、想像よりももっちり感強め。ポリポリの感じを予想していたので、いい意味で裏切られました。美味しい。
チャーシューもしっとり柔らかい鶏肉で何枚でも食べられるくらい美味しかった。
ただ、濃厚なのにパンチというか、一味足りない印象でした。胡椒を入れたら、味にアクセントが出て美味しかったです。
それと、店員さんにやる気が全然感じられないのが、見ていていい印象とは言えませんでした。人が違えば、印象がかわったのでしょうか…？
