I previously asked a follower for recommendations, and she told me, ``Hidagawa-san's Tempura set meal is recommended,'' so I visited this time. When I ordered Tempura set meal, I was surprised at the amount. I think Tempura changes depending on the day, but on this day there were two shrimp, maitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, green peppers, eggplant, pumpkin, and sweet potatoes. In addition, miso soup, Small dish, pickles, and cold tofu are also served. I'm happy to be able to eat this much for lunch. What's more, Tempura can be served with both tempura sauce and salt, so you can eat it according to your preference. I like the taste of this tempura sauce. The flavor of the broth is more pronounced than the sweetness, which brings out the flavor of Tempura and enhances the rice. It was a high quality and satisfying lunch, including Small dish.
