開店前に到着で一番手です。
待っていると中から店員さんが注文を取りに来ました。
ランチメニューから特上ロースかつランチを注文しました。
ご飯は大盛り無料でしたが普通でお願いしました。
開店し店内に入ると黒ウーロン茶が提供されランチのサービスとの事です。
こちらはブランド豚の林SPFを使用しています。
普通の豚より保菌が少なめで攻めた揚げが出来ますが無菌豚とSPF豚は違います。
暫くして出来上がりました。
見た目の断面はピンク色の所もありますが火が入っていれば問題はありません。
SPF豚なので多少のレア感は許容範囲ではありますが…。
以下、SPF協会ホームページからの一部抜粋です。
ＳＰＦ豚のＳＰＦとはSpecific Pathogen Freeの略で「特定の病原体をもっていない」という意味です。
あらゆる微生物をまったく持っていない「無菌豚」はGerm Free豚と呼ばれ特殊な装置の中でしか存在しません。
もう一度言いますが無菌豚とSPF豚は違います。
よってこのとんかつは評価出来ません。
決済はPayPay払いに対応していたのでそれで支払いました。
