上ロースカツ定食 1,700円(税込)
ランチメニューです。
ご飯、味噌汁、漬物、小鉢に黒烏龍茶がついてきます。
黒烏龍茶がついてくるのは嬉しいですね。
ご飯は小盛り〜大盛りまで指定可能。
店員のお姉さんが細かく聞いてくれます。
小鉢はマカロニサラダでした。
で、カツですが、謳い文句の通り脂と肉がいいバランス。
甘みのある脂は各種塩と相性いいですね。
塩は黒塩、結晶塩、ピンク塩の3種。お好みで。
衣が軽くサクサクしているので200gがすぐ消える。
ご飯も味噌汁もとても美味しい。
味噌汁は(ほぼ)豚汁だと思います。
一口目が凄く濃い！と思いましたが、
いわゆるお湯に味噌を多めに溶かしたような濃さではなく、
出汁と根菜からでた旨みと甘みが強いんですね。
味噌もそれなりに濃いですが。
この量だからこれでいいんです。
この内容でこのお値段は凄くコスパ良いですね。
