10年程前、千葉の畜産農家の方とお仕事をしていました。3.11後、品川の食肉市場に牛や豚を持っていっても、福島の放射能が風向きの関係で千葉に流れてきている。千葉の農産物は放射能に侵されていると言う風評のため全く売れなかった。売れたとしても餌代にもならなかった。と言う苦労を沢山聞きました。本当に大変で廃業も仕方ないと考えた農家は多かったと思います。それが今では、千葉の豚のとんかつで行列です。本当に良かった。
しかも、とんでもなく美味い！美味すぎる！
ソースとからしもありますが、ソースで食べるのはもったいないです。3種類の塩がありますが、お好みの塩をかけて、少しレモンを絞って食べましょう。口の中に豚の甘い油が広がります。油はレモンの酸味がさわやかにしてくれます。今まで食べていたとんかつは何だったのか？無限に食べ続けることが出来そうです。
元千葉県民として、大変な時期を乗り越えてくれた林SPFの豚肉と美味しく調理をして頂いたとんかつのに感謝します。
