2019年8月12日に「麺テイスティング・カフェショップ MENSTA」としてグランドオープン。
2021年5月11日「麺市場　中野ブロードウェイ店」として新装開店。テイスティングスポットのメニューもリニューアル。

1917年創業の老舗製麺所　大成食品株式会社の製麺技能士謹製麺の直販店。業務用生中華麺、生パスタ、焼きそば等と、業務用ラーメンスープ、パスタソース 、めんつゆ、タレ、オイル、冷凍チャーシュー、餃子、シュウマイ等を販売。
鯖、宗太節の厚削りやプロ用の煮干し各種、干し椎茸…こだわりのだし素材とだしパックも取り扱っています。
塩蔵や水煮のメンマに海苔等は、正面右手の売り場にあります。らーめん用のプロ用ゆでざる「てぼ」やスープ漉し、レンゲ、丼やパスタ皿等も入荷しました。

日替わりでご提案する生中華麺にお好きなラーメンスープ、チャーシュー、めんま、味玉などお決まりの具材をあわせて提供します。
ラーメンスープは店内左手のスープ売り場にある個包装タイプからお好きなものを選べます。30円−120円と価格が違っても一律500円です。

パスタ　600円（税込）〜800円（税込）
多加水平打ちのタリアテッレに、お好きなパスタソースをあわせて提供。

パスタソースはmccブランドの冷凍ソース、レトルトソースから選択した場合は税込600円。
ソースには具材を加えないため、パスタソース本来のお味、パスタとの相性をテイスティングしていただけます。

新:NISHIKIYA KITCHEN シリーズ、ヤマトフーズ、高崎の「小さなパスタ屋マカロニ」ブランドのソースを選択した場合は700円（税込）、牛蒡と上州牛のボロネーゼは800円（税込）となります。商品POPに麺食堂での提供価格が記載されています。モンテベッロシリーズ、ベル食品ブランド等、新商品は対象外です。
