ただいま、変身中。
中野駅近くの路地裏にある人気ラーメン店。
フレンチの技術を取り入れた他にはなかなかないラーメン。
中野の店舗は牡蠣ラーメンを出している。
新作のつけ麺（あつもり）を頂く。
まずは混ぜそばのように具材を混ぜてそのまま食す。
しっかりと味がついているので混ぜそばとして単体で成立している。
バルサミコがいいアクセントになっている。
つけ汁は濃厚な牡蠣の風味があり、つけ麺として食べるとまた変化して飽きが来ない。最後はスープ割りで最後まで飲み干す。
