普段お世話になっているお店の方から、中野のオススメはこちらとの話を聞いて伺いました。
予約をせずに飛び込みで行ってみましたところ、何とか滑り込めましたが、その後に予約なしで来られた方は皆満席で入れていませんでした。
ですので、予約した上で来られる方が良さそうです。
今日は生ハム、フォアグラマカロン、ウニブリュレ、蒸し牡蠣、ストラッチャテッラのカプレーゼ、お箸で食べられるビーフシチュー、パスタ、チーズリゾットをいただきました。
どれもお見事かつ安心感のある味わいです。
プリンのしっかりした食感も素晴らしかったです。
お店の方の気遣いもバッチリで大満足です。
これは間違いないですね。
