中野ハシゴ酒で間で寄らせてもらったお店。
カジュアルなスペインバル。
看板に引き寄せられて階段を登るとあります。
明るい店員さんが迎え入れてくれる。
スペインバルなので、定番を軽く。
生ハムとアヒージョ。
泡を。
生ハムは2種類あるが、安い方を少し。15グラム。
どちらもイベリコ豚だが、どんぐりを食べたものと食べてないもので分かれる。
食べていない方が安かったので、そちらを。
どんぐり食べてるものとばかり思っていた！
逆に新鮮。
風味や脂の甘みはいつも食べるイベリコベジョータより抑え目かな。
量食べられそう。
アヒージョは、ソーセージと芽キャベツを。
安定の熱々でうまうま。
ここで、どんぐりのリキュールを使ったお酒を飲みながら楽しむ。
どんぐり味わからないけれど、香ばしい風味がいい感じのお酒。
ハシゴだったからほんとは色々食べたかったけれど退店。
隠れ家的な感じだけど、アットホームでまったりしたい午後にぴったりなお店だった。
またキタイと思います。
