立川に2店、国分寺に1店あるBONSAI。土曜日の昼過ぎに訪問。中野駅を南口に降りて徒歩3分ほど。
道路に面した食券機で鶏付けそばM800円の食券を購入。
店内はカウンターメインでテーブル席もある。
食券を出すと
スープは温かいのと冷たいのとどちらにしますか？
と聞かれたので、冷たいツユでお願いする。スープっていうのには驚いた。
壁は黒、スポットライトのような照明、ジャズが流れる洒落た空間。
じきに鶏つけ素材完成。太めのそばかわピリ辛のそばとよく合う。蕎麦つゆには鶏肉が入ってて、大きめで食べ応えあり。千切りにしたタケノコも入る。
店員2人も黒を基調とした服で統一、マスクまで黒い。
最後はテーブルのフルーツ酢を入れてみた。悪くない。
いいお店、もっと増えてもいいのになぁ。
