After work, I visited this Fried Skewers restaurant that I saw on social media and said it had just opened last month. Although the restaurant is small, the counter seats you are shown to have deep tables and are very relaxing. First, draft beer! What appeared here was a surprising 3-item appetizer that exceeded your imagination!・Hiyayakko with moroheiya sauce and salmon roe ・Kuroge Wagyu beef marinated in miso ・Bean horse mackerel marinated in Nanban (It seems that the contents change occasionally.) All of these are delicious! ! And above all, it's too luxurious. . . The meat is Kuroge Wagyu beef, and I can tell it's good meat, it's flavorful and delicious. The chilled tofu topped with salmon roe has a delicate taste that reminds you of a Japanese restaurant, and the nanban pickled horse mackerel is seasonal and delicious. I occasionally go to Fried Skewers restaurants, but the skewers at this restaurant are all of a really high quality! The batter was crispy and not greasy, and I could eat 12 pieces. Can I still eat it? I felt like I was going to be paralyzed. It seems to be run by a husband and wife team, but the distance between them was just right, not too close and not too far apart, so it was very comfortable. I heard that the skewers change depending on the season, so I would like to try it with my friend next time. It was a feast!
