中野駅北口から真っ直ぐのサンモール(アーケード街)の目立つところにあるので、OPEN当時から気になっていました。
それからだいぶ時間が経ってしまいましたが、ようやく食べに、入店！
席はカウンターがずらり。
着席してすぐに備え付けタブレットで自分で来店人数を入力して、注文。
タブレットにはメニューが店頭掲示のものよりたくさん種類があって、悩みました。
選んだのは、旬の魚定食(照り焼き)【950円】
(ちょっと聞き慣れないお魚の名前だったので種類は忘れてしまいました…。)
でも、脂が程よく乗っていて、ふわふわで身が柔らかくてとてもおいしかったです！
照り焼きはこってりではなく、上品であっさりした味。
魚そのものの味がよく分かります。
ごはんの量は「普通・大盛り・半分」です。
「少なめ」という量がなかったので半分にしましたが、食べ進めたら満足でした。
店内、もう少し掃除をがんばると、清潔感が出てもっと良いと思います。
新しいお店なのに、勿体無い！
お会計は、席に置いてあるQRコードが書かれた番号札をもって、出口にてセルフです。
クレジット決済もOK◎
なので、接客は料理提供のみで、あとはほぼありません。
こういうシステムは気が楽なので、個人的には好きです。
魚が食べたくなったらまた寄りたいと思います！
