ぶっかけうどん600円
麺が太くてコシがすごい。讃岐らしい。もちろんいりこの出汁も効いてる。卓上の生姜をいれて混ぜ混ぜしました。
前に新規開店直後に行ったときは、少し並んで入って、店員は厨房に一人とホールに一人で、そんなに広い店でもないのでお客もせいぜい10人いたかどうかくらいだったと思うのですが明らかに人手が不足していることが理由で結構待ちました。
でも今回は、待ちもなく注文後すぐに出てきてスムーズでした。厨房に二人、ホールに一人。アルバイトさんが雇えたみたいでよかったです(^-^)

ざるうどん 600円
暑かったので冷たいうどんということで、嫁さんがぶっかけの冷やというのでざるうどんにしました。
切り方と言いますか食感と言いますか、ゴワゴワとしていていい意味で手打ち感を強く感じます。つゆはいりこ感が強く、麺のワイルドさと相まって力強いざるうどんという感じです。卓上の案内によると「当店は北海道小麦100%、伊吹いりこ使用」だそうです。前回もそうだったのですが、食べ終えたあとで「もうちょいいけるかな」と思ったので、次回は大盛りにしてみようと思います（麺大盛りトッピングは100円のようです）。
