新しくできたケーキ屋の帰りに、これまた新しくできてたうどんを食べて帰る。「う」「ど」「ん」の3文字が踊るのみ。屋号も外からは確認できないほどシンプルというかミニマルなが・い・か・ん。メニュー相は讃岐うどん的。初見の店ではとり天を…と思ったが単品がないので盛り合わせオプションを。(あとでよく見たら「かしわ天」としてちゃんとメニューにあったw)
オオ〜、マイルドな出汁！渋みや苦みのない澄んだ煮干し感が伊吹のイリコの特徴で、染み入る旨さだ。多少不揃いなうどんは太めでテクスチャーは強め。うどん3本そば6本というが、太くて長いので2本くらいずつ食べるのがちょうど良い。途中からかしわ天をドボンと漬けて、お互いの味をやり取りしつつ頂く。とり天はやはりこのように熱々がイイネ！お互い味が上がる。一方コロモのついた天ぷらをこの出汁に沈めるのはあまり好みではないので、それらは卓上の出汁醤油で頂く。これまた旨し！ライス欲しくなるがガマン！
新中野は、狭めの駅圏内に讃岐的うどんが3店舗と、急にうどんタウンの様相を呈してきた。他の店はまだ行ったことないし、食べ比べも楽しそうだなあ。
