Speaking of Shin-Nakano, a new store has opened in an area with many popular udon restaurants such as Shikokuya and Hana wa Saku. When I went around noon, there was a line and it took about 20 minutes to get in. There are a variety of standard menu items such as kake and zaru, as well as Tempura. It seems like they have some snacks and some sake, so it would be a good idea to drink it and finish it off with udon.
