椎茸そば 1,000円
平日14時前、外待ち2名に接続し、3分くらいですぐ入店できた。
小野さんに進められた椎茸そば食べにきた。
並んでる時に注文聞かれたからか、
並んでから着丼まで5分と早い。支払いは食後払い。
結論、絶対食べたほうがいい。椎茸がとにかく美味い。柔らかくて厚みもあって旨みがある。しかも1,000円でこれだけ沢山入っているし、その他の具材もしっかり入っているのでコスパも優れている。
動物性油ではなく植物性油を使用しているあんかけスープもしつこすぎずさっぱりしすぎず、程よいとろみでどんどん飲めてしまう。
麺は極細麺。
このレベルが、そんなに並ばず食べられるのはすごい。
