中野坂上駅直結の中華料理屋「華吉」。ここの《椎茸そば》の評判を聞いていたのを食べに来たのだが、《五目チャーハン》も美味しそうだったので、5秒迷って、いつもの「迷ったら両方」頼んでみた。
少し並んだけど、事前注文&着席数分で提供。めちゃくちゃオペレーションがスムーズで心地よい。
さてまずは炒飯が到着。ややしっとり系ででーんと乗った海老の他にハム、焼豚、蟹身、卵、葱がタップリ入り、まさに五目炒飯。味付け自体は優しい感じだが、薄いという訳でも無く、米に具材に、全体に旨味が行き届いている感じ。パクパクれんげを口に運ぶのが止まらない美味さ。
そして名物椎茸そば。これは……なるほど大変美味い逸品。スープはもはや椎茸を飲んでいる気持ちになるほどで、上を覆う油が旨味でもあり最後まで熱々にもしてくれる。椎茸だけでない具は種類も量も沢山で、パツパツの細麺も良き。癖になる一杯。
そして何気に量が多い。どちらも標準的な中華の1.3倍くらいありそう。
