前からずっと気になりながら、営業時間の関係で訪問できなかったフランキーアンドトリニティーへ。
金曜日の昼、11時30分の訪問で待ちなし。
以降時間ごとの待ち客は以下。

オープン時に来られた方は、2回転目のようでした。
入店時にメニューはドルフィンオムライスのみであることの確認を受け、入店。
注文はもちろんドルフィンオムライス。提供されたオムレツは、軽くナイフを入れると、即開く薄皮のトロトロ。
ケチャップライスの旨み、卵のトロふわ、ケチャップの酸味が一体となって大変バランスの良いひと皿に。
注意書きで大盛りはバランスが悪くなることなど記載されてますが、たしかにこのバランスが1番良いように感じました。
お値段も800円と、このレベルのオムライスを出すお店では破格だと感じました。
