こちらは東銀座の「YOU」出身の店主が2007年に創業、オムライスが有名でオープン前から行列ができる人気のカフェレストラン『フランキーアンドトリニティー』
場所は、東京メトロ「中野坂上」駅から徒歩5分ほど。青梅街道から一本入った路地にある雑居ビルの地下一階。
平日12時過ぎに初訪問。
メニューは「ドルフィンオムライス800円」のみ。大盛りは＋200円でできるが、「バランスが悪くなるのでオススメできません」と書いてある。
外待ちというか階段待ち5名。
待つこと15分ほどで入店。
店内は、かなり手狭でカウンター2席、２名用テーブル席が5卓。
メニューは１択なので
○ ドルフィンオムライス ¥800
をオーダー。大盛りは今はやってないらしい。
待つこと10分弱で登場。
何とも美しいオムレツのフォルム。
オススメの食べ方がまずオムレツの真ん中から割ると書いてあるので、ナイフで割ってみると半熟卵が綺麗に広がり、見るからに美味しそう！
そう、テレビで見たことあるヤツ。
いざ、いただく。
生クリームたっぷりのオムレツは、思ったとおりのふわトロ食感。
コクがあってまろやか。
ベーコンとオニオンを炒めた、どこか懐かしい味のケチャップライスをやさしく包み込む。
マイルドな卵と適量のケチャップの程よい酸味が絶妙なバランス。
これは、美味い！
並ぶだけの価値がある、非常にレベルの高いオムライス。
