金曜の夜にお好み焼きが食べたくなり。
中野富士見町の駅からもすぐ。
4人掛けのテーブルが1席とカウンターの店内。
店主がお好み焼きを焼く鉄板を眺められるので、カウンターがお薦め。
頼んだのは、
シロコロホルモンの旨味噌焼き
焼き野菜の盛り合わせ
ねぎ豚玉
牛すじ焼きそばに目玉焼きトッピング
の4品。
ホルモン自体の甘味が強い良く、濃いめの味噌味との組み合わせはお酒が進みそうだ。
医者に止められてるので飲めないけど。
焼き野菜はどれも野菜の味が濃かったけど、おいものほくほくした甘さと、菜の花のほろ苦さがやさしい。
契約農家から毎日届けられるというねぎがこれでもかと載せられた豚玉はマジで絶品だった。
プロが作るお好み焼きは本当においしい。
〆に頼んだ焼きそばは、牛すじの食感もよかったけど、麺がなにしろウマイ。
ストレートの太麺がソースによく絡んで、おなか一いっぱいなのにちゅるちゅる啜ってしまった。
みんなでワイワイ作るお好み焼きもいいけど、
やっぱりプロが作るお好み焼きがたまにはほしくなるものだ。
