The soy sauce used for the soup stock is a blend of several types, including a slightly sweet one from Yonezawa and a light one, making it a bit different. Simply simmering taro, mushrooms, vegetables, and meat in a soup stock that combines soy sauce, alcohol, bonito, and kelp condenses the flavor and makes it delicious. Koara's imonipot is filled with ingredients such as taro, burdock, four types of mushrooms, beef, and konnyaku. Enjoy with Yamagata Taishokan Shichimi. To finish off Curry Udon, people in Yamagata prefecture eat Curry Udon to finish off their imoni pot.
