夢にまで見たタラの芽
春はGW前の山菜シーズンが一押しです。特にタラの芽の天ぷら、都会の人はその迫力ある大きさとホクホクとした食感にビックリするはず。（自分にとっては「これだよ！子供の頃に無限に食べた味は！」となる探し求めていた一品です。）竹の子の蕗味噌合えはシャキサクとした歯ごたえに蕗の薹と木の芽の香りがたまりません。
ご飯系はどれもつや姫。米！うま！を絶対に外しません。色々な食べ方から選べるのも嬉しい。手打ちの田舎蕎麦もあるため主食にどちらを選ぶか毎回悩みます。
それから、ホットの玄米茶は注文を受けてからヤカンでお湯を沸かし、茶葉から淹れてくれます。炊き込みご飯といただくと、香ばしさに飲み屋であることを忘れそうになるほどホッとします。
いつも賑わっているので、特にご飯時となる早めの時間は予約必須です。
