久しぶりに後輩と焼肉を食べることになり「中野坂上焼肉 ブルズ亭」さんへ。
麻布十番にある有名な麻布十番焼肉 BULLSさんや新宿の新宿焼肉 BULLSさんの系列店で、今回は「限定料理長おすすめコース」をいただきました！
まずはキムチナムルの盛り合わせが提供されたのちにいきなり厚切りタンと厚切りの希少部位シンシンをいただきましたが美味いに決まってます(^q^)
そして箸休めのブルズサラダもタイミングバッチリで出てきてさっぱりしていて丁度良い！
次に究極のユッケ手巻きをパクりと一口で贅沢に頬張ると雲丹とイクラ、そしてユッケがお口の中で一体となり幸せ～♪︎
海鮮盛り合わせもシンプルな塩ダレで味付けされており、こちらもお口直し感覚でペロリと完食しちゃいました！
そして最後のお肉登場です(^^)
和牛三種盛りで、トモサンカク、カイノミ、イチボといった赤身の部位を醤油ダレでいただきましたが、肉質や醤油ダレの味付け共にしつこくなく美味しかったです★☆
〆に優しい味のコムタンスープと杏仁豆腐で大満足！！
