当店と同様に中野坂上エリアにある居酒屋
匠屋あいべさんの２号店として和牛と鮪の
創作料理をウリにしたお洒落な居酒屋さん。
ランチ営業を始めたとの情報を聞きつけて
早速に訪問して下のメニューを注文します。
私が選んだマグロ丼も、同行者チョイスの
ローストビーフ丼も気が付けば特製でした。
びっくりしたのはそれぞれの器の上に箸を
載せての提供。あれっ、箸置きは出張中？
いただいたマグロ丼は特製だけど切り落し
の赤身を使った普通な漬け丼。特製だから
と言って中トロなど期待しちゃいけません。
お味の方も素人でも作れそうな親しみある
味わいなのでどの辺が特製なのかと今一度
見直すとマグロの上にイクラ発見！これか。
出汁を感じさせない味噌汁と共に完食して
ご馳走さま。本業は居酒屋なのでランチに
期待し過ぎてはいけないということを学習。
参考のため同行者に国産和牛特製ロースト
ビーフ丼の感想を求めたらメインのお肉が
硬かったというもれなくシンプルな発言w
それでもご飯の大盛り無料というビッグな
サービスがあるランチなので味よりも満腹
になることを求めたい時にはおすすめです。
