4/5にオープンした焼鳥屋さんで懇親会。
カジュアルな造りなのでよくある居酒屋さん…かと思ってたら、奥に備長炭の焼き台が。
注文した焼鳥をリアルに焼いている様子が見える、本格的な焼鳥屋さんでした。
いろいろと注文したけど、まずはおまかせ焼鳥セット（5本・1050円）からスタート。
パリッとした焼き加減の塩とり皮（210円）も美味しいですね。
メリハリのついた焼き加減は備長炭なではといったって感じ。
アルコールの人生出発点が焼鳥屋さんな私でも満足な味わいです。
月見つくね（330円）のふっくらとした串を黄身に合わせて食べるのも嬉しいし。
別にたのんだネギを絡ませるのもよくってよ。
ドリンクはビールがやっぱり基本でしょうけど、カドクラサワー（560円）も最高。
凍らせたレモン１個分が入る豪快さながら、それほど酸味が強くない飲みやすさ。
さっぱりしていていいですよね。
ただ毎回注文するともったいないから、お代わりはサワーを注いでもらう感じで。
さいごに、炭焼き鶏めしおにぎり（290円）でシメ。
もちろん、さっきの黄身に絡めての完食。
総じて、カジュアルにこの内容を食べられるのは嬉しいです！
