ＪＲ高円寺南口。駅を背に右手ＰＡＬ商店街が終わって、
とっくのむかしに暗渠になっている旧宝橋を過ぎ、
おのずとルック商店街になったところにワイン・バル、アッカはあって、
イタリアンワインと野菜料理のおいしい、ちっちゃなバルなんだ。
本店は、西荻窪で４年めながら、高円寺店は開店半年だそうな。
もっともぼくはといえば、店の前はよく通るし、賑わっている日が多いことも知っていたし、
敬愛する Mark and Place さんもレヴューを書いてらっしゃるから、
良い店だろうな、とおもいつつ、なぜかこれまで入ったことはなかった。
けれども本日元旦、夕方、酔狂にも高円寺散歩に繰り出せば、
ちゃんと営業していて。
こりゃご縁かしら、と、ぼくは入ってみたのだった。
古い木材を使ったカウンター１０席、
真っ白な皿が積み上げられ、
ハモンセラーノが鎮座ましましています。
カウンターの奥には、１６℃に設定された大きなワインセラー。
テーブル２卓計８席、
壁は白くクールに仕上げてあります。
店内には、ソウルミュージックと呼ばれていた頃の、
アメリカ黒人さんのポップスがクールに流れています。
（さらには、店の前に、洒落で作ったとしかおもえない
古い木材を使ったカウンター３席。）
ぼくは以下の注文をしました。
赤ワイン プリミティーヴォ グラス ５００円
状態良く、とてもおいしい。
１）１０種の野菜のミネステローネ ｓ４００円 l ６００円。
ぼくは、ｓを注文。
酸味のあるトマトベースに、セロリ片、ダイスカットのじゃがいも、
ほうれんそうも入っています。
そこに飾られているのが、オクラ２片、ローストしたナス一切れ、
同じくローストしたかぼちゃ。
２）林檎とニンジンとゴルゴンゾーラのレモン和え ５００円
ダイスカットされた林檎がいっぱい、
そこに少々、彩りを添える小さく拍子木切りのニンジンと、半切りプティトマト、
ゴルゴンゾーラで味の奥行を効かせ、レモンでお洒落を演出したセンスのいい一品。
３）２０種の野菜のハニーマスタードサラダ ｓ７００円 l １０００円。
ぼくは、ｓを注文。
ｓながらけっこう食べ甲斐のある一品で、とても良い料理です。
２０種の野菜が、生のレタスを敷いた上に飾られ、
それぞれの野菜の調理法が、ローストと塩茹でと生が混ぜてあるところが、
食いしん坊をよろこばせます。
たとえば、ナスとカボチャ、キノコ類はロースト、すなわちオーヴン焼き。
ピンク色が美しい庚申大根や、赤ピーマン、黄色いピーマン（パプリカって言うの？）は生、
オクラ、ニンジンは塩茹で。
ズッキーニは揚げてあったかな、それとも塩茹でだったかな。
とてもおもしろく、すばらしい料理です。
７００円でこれだけの手間をかけるなんて、東京の良心であり、心意気。
そう、ぼくはまたしても高円寺で、
出会うべくして出会うべき店に出会ったのだった。
ぼくは、愛するフィレンツェと、
それほどには愛してないものの、
好きなところのあるローマをおもいだし、
そしてなかなかどうして高円寺のワイン・バルの、アッカは、
イタリア人もよろこぶだろうな、とおもった。
そしてぼくは、エスプレッソ ５００円をいただいて、
にこにこと、元旦のルック商店街へ出たのだった。
高縁寺アッカは年中無休、
水曜日以外はランチ営業もやり、
真夜中過ぎまで営業しています。
ぼくと女友達とインド料理、ときどきフランス料理。
